Our women’s cardio kickboxing program is designed for women of all fitness levels—from absolute beginners to those with experience. Whether you're in your 20s, 30s, or 40s, you'll find a safe, welcoming space to grow stronger, more confident, and more empowered.

Each session is structured to give you a complete full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective. You’ll start with a group warm-up to get your body moving and blood flowing. Then, we’ll shift into skill-building techniques where you’ll learn and refine your punches and kicks in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Finally, you’ll unleash it all with powerful pad and bag work that torches calories and melts stress.

I’m not fit enough to start—will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed so you can start at your own pace with no prior experience needed. You’ll feel supported and encouraged every step of the way.

I’m worried I’ll feel judged or uncomfortable.

You won’t. Our women-only environment is welcoming, positive, and completely free of judgment. Everyone here remembers their first class and will cheer you on.

Can I bring my kids or is there childcare?

While we don’t offer childcare, our space is family-friendly, and many members arrange for kids to be nearby in our waiting area. Just ask us for details.

What if I can’t afford it right now?

We understand. That’s why we offer a free trial class to experience the benefits firsthand with no pressure. From there, we have affordable options to fit different budgets.

I’ve tried other fitness programs and didn’t stick with them—how is this different?
