Teen Kickboxing That Builds Skills and Self-Belief

In every teen kickboxing class, students aged 12–15 get hands-on, skill-focused training in a structured, energising environment. Classes start with dynamic warm-ups to boost flexibility, coordination, and focus—preparing them to train with purpose.

From there, they’ll dive into technique: learning proper stance, footwork, punches, and kicks through step-by-step instruction. Pad and partner drills bring those techniques to life, helping teens build timing, power, and control—without head contact or sparring. Sessions end with core strength training and a short debrief to reflect on progress and set goals.

It’s more than just a workout. It’s a chance for teens to build real skills, stay active, and grow into confident, capable young adults.

Teen Submission Wrestling That Sharpens Mind and Body

Our teen wrestling classes for ages 12–15 are all about practical skills, focus, and controlled intensity. Each session begins with movement drills and mobility work to build athleticism and prep the body for action.

Teens then learn takedowns, escapes, and dominant control positions—practising with partners in closely supervised drills that build both skill and confidence. Live situational grappling follows, where they apply techniques in a safe, controlled setting to improve timing and decision-making. Classes wrap with core training and a short mindset huddle to reinforce personal growth.

It’s a powerful mix of technique, physical conditioning, and mental discipline—all delivered in a positive, structured environment.

That’s exactly why we offer a free trial class—no pressure, no commitment. Most teens end up loving the structure, energy, and sense of progress after just one session.

Is martial arts too aggressive or violent?

Not at all. Our program teaches self-control, respect, and how to avoid conflict. Martial arts is about discipline and confidence—not aggression.

My teen is shy and not very athletic—will they fit in?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all experience levels. We meet teens where they’re at and help them grow at their own pace in a supportive environment.

Is it safe? I don’t want my child getting hurt.
