How do I choose the right program for my goals?

Each age-specific program is designed to meet the needs of that group. Kids' classes build confidence, discipline, and coordination in a fun, structured way. Teen programs focus on leadership, focus, and real-world self-defence. Adult classes help you develop fitness, practical skills, and mental resilience. If you’re unsure which program is best, our team can help you decide.

Can I try more than one program before committing?

Absolutely. Many students try different classes to see what they enjoy most. Just let us know, and we’ll help you arrange trial sessions in multiple programs.

Are the classes suitable for complete beginners?

Yes—all our programs are beginner-friendly. You don’t need any experience to start. Our coaches will teach you step by step and help you feel comfortable from day one.

How often should I train each week?

It depends on your goals and schedule. Most students attend 2–3 times per week to see steady progress, but you’re welcome to train more often if you’d like.

What if I’m interested in both kickboxing and wrestling?

Many of our members train in more than one discipline. You can mix programs to build a more complete skill set. Just ask, and we’ll help you plan a schedule that suits you.

Can my child move into an older age group if they’re ready?

Yes—during training, our coaches will assess each student’s skill and maturity. If it’s appropriate, we may recommend moving them to a different age group to help them progress.
