Our kickboxing program is designed for adults 16 years and older, whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience with martial arts. Every session is structured to help you build real striking skills, improve your fitness, and feel more confident—all in a safe, welcoming environment.

What to Expect in a Typical Session:

Warm Up: Start with dynamic stretching and movement drills to get your body ready.

Skill Development: Learn proper technique, footwork, and combinations step by step.

Pad and Bag Work: Practice your punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with focus and power.

Conditioning: High-energy exercises to build strength and endurance.

Cool-Down: Stretching to improve flexibility and aid recovery.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you build fitness from the ground up. You’ll train at your own pace with expert guidance to support you every step of the way.

Will I get hit during class?

Only if you want to. Sparring is completely optional. Most of our members train for fitness and skill development without ever stepping into the ring.

Is kickboxing too intense for someone like me?

Our training is challenging but scalable. Whether you're just starting or have some experience, our coaches adjust the intensity to match your level and goals.

I don’t have much time—can I still get results?

Yes. Our flexible schedule and high-intensity training make it easy to get amazing results in just a few sessions a week.

What if I’ve never done martial arts before?

No problem. Most of our students start with zero experience. We break everything down step-by-step so you feel confident, capable, and supported from day one.
