Parvize Lalehzari has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from the United States and is the head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor at Evolution Gym.
Parvize began his training in Martial Arts at the age of 12 with traditional Japanese full-contact karate, coupled with a great deal of Kumite experience. At the age of 19, Parvize began training in Tae Kwon Do and full-contact kickboxing. At the same time, he competed in several amateur kickboxing tournaments and continued his until he received his Black Belt in Tae Kown Do.
Parvize has 7 years of training in kickboxing, with an additional 3 years of specialization in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing).
For the last 13 years, Parvize has been training in Brazilian (Gracie) Jiu-Jitsu. He is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Pedro Sauer Black Belt Jeff Curran.

Parvize is passionate about Martial Arts. He especially loves to teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, making him both an instructor and an eager student of the arts.
