Membership fees are calculated on a 48-week calendar, which takes into consideration that the gym will be closed for public holidays throughout the year.

The failure of the member to use the facility or services shall not relieve the member from the obligation to make any and all payments required under this agreement.

All our membership plans provide unlimited weekly class attendance

Late Cancellation/No-Show – As class sizes are limited, we require students to pre-book Via the App. Class booking cancellations are accepted up to 120 minutes prior to class starting. Sign in to your App to early cancel.

Monthly Ongoing
This membership is a minimum of a 1-month term (that’s 2-fortnightly autopay) and will continue after the initial 1-month minimum period until otherwise notified in writing. Each fortnightly autopay will be in the amount of $80.00. 1-month notification in writing via email to info@evolutiongym.com.au is required to cancel your membership. Once a notification is received a further (two) fortnightly payment will be debited.

6-Month Fixed Term Contract
The membership fee for the 6-Month Fixed Term is $910.00 prepaid or 13-fortnightly autopay. Each fortnightly autopay will be in the amount of $70.00 and will automatically cancel at the end of the term.

12-Month Fixed Term Contract
The membership fee for the 12-Month Fixed Term is $1,560.00 prepaid or 26-fortnightly autopay. Each fortnightly autopay will be in the amount of $60.00 and will automatically cancel at the end of the term.

Early Termination Fee for Fixed Term Contracts
The early cancellation fee based on a payout figure equal to the membership fees that you would have paid for the remainder of the Minimum Term as at the cancellation date less 30%.

Late Payment or Rejection Fee
You are responsible for making sure that there is enough money in your nominated account on the usual payment day. If a payment is missed EzyPay will automatically attempt to reprocess the failed payment 3 days later. EzyPay will charge you a $7.50 decline fee every time your payment is declined. Please note, we don’t receive any of the decline payment fees.

How to Freeze/Suspend your Membership
You may temporarily suspend your membership if all amounts payable for your membership are paid up to date and, if your membership is for a Fixed Term, it has more than two weeks left to run. While your membership is suspended, the fixed term will be extended and we will freeze any direct debit payments that fall within the suspension period. Membership suspension is available in weekly blocks (Minimum 1-week) and a $5.00 weekly suspension fee applies. Suspension periods cannot be backdated. Members who attend class during the suspension period will be charged a drop-in rate of $32.00 per class. In order to suspend payments, you should email Evolution Gym (info@evolutiongym.com.au) at least 3 business days prior to suspension commencing.

10 Class Pass
Our 10-class pass is valid for a period of 16-weeks. A 1-off payment of $260.00. There are no freeze period, refunds or extensions for this payment option. A class pass is deducted for late cancellation or no-show.

RELEASE & WAIVER
I voluntarily desire to participate in Kickboxing and Martial Art related training classes conducted at Evolution Gym located at 18/591 Withers Road, Rouse Hill, and understand and agree with the following: I assume full responsibility while voluntarily participating in any training class at my sole risk and shall abide by any and all rules and regulations for use of the facility. I have received medical clearance from my private physician prior to starting this or any other exercise training program. I acknowledge that I have no pre-existing conditions or injuries that should affect my ability to participate in the classes. I expressly agree that I have been informed that the program involves possible risks and all exercises shall be undertaken at my sole risk and that neither Evolution Gym Owners, Directors, Instructors, Retreat and Workshop and Online Facilitators or Employees shall be liable to me or any other person, for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, causes of action, whatsoever, to my person or property arising out of or connected to services and/or exercises having direct relation to this facility. I do hereby release and discharge Evolution Gym thereof from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of Evolution Gym or their Owners, Directors, Facilitators, Instructors, or employees.
